Classes per week
All 3 campuses have 24/7 access for your convenience to workout at any time. This will give you access to free weights, cardio equipment, premium locker rooms and resistance training.
SG Fit offers 31 classes per week with a wide variety of options to choose from beginners to advance. Have a look at our timetable to find a class that’s suited to you.
Personalised training programs are available on request across all 3 campuses.You will need to make an appointment with a trainer at each campus.

All 3 campuses have 24/7 access, giving you the flexibility to exercise when it suits you..
All 3 campuses have tennis courts to hire with 12 state of the art courts in Toowoomba.
SG Fit has both indoor and outdoor courts for hire.
I have been in the fitness industry for 20+ years. My background consists of professional and semi-professional athlete and coach/Trainer which gave me the opportunity to represent my Country and State across a variety of sports and coach some amazing athletes. I now have the opportunity to pass on the knowledge that I’ve learned to the community to help them achieve future goals whether it’s a better lifestyle to world champion.
I have been a fitness instructor for over 3 years now, I love fitness and everything about it, here at the gym we cater to all ages, I love weight training and instructing classes, I am qualified in battle rope, kettlebells, and I have completed my movement restoration certificate.
Recently I’ve transitioned into more of a reception role, & I love that it allows me to be able to connect with every single person that walks through our doors. I make it hard for you to miss me with my ever-changing bright hair colours.
I have been working here at our Toowoomba campus for 2-3 years. My favourite part of working at ‘SG Fit’ is by far getting to interact with our beautiful members every single day who are always up for a chat about any and everything and our incredible team that feels just like family with consistent support, a warm & friendly vibe, for me this place, because of the community; is a home away from home.
Hi I’m Emily, a 26 year old gym instructor, personal trainer and running coach from the UK.
I’ve been a PT for 8 years and love having the opportunity to share my passion for health and fitness. Personally; I have run competitively since the age of 14, from 400m on track to ultra-marathons for charity. I also really enjoy training with free weights and have a goal to compete in bodybuilding.
